Guru

“When the student is ready, the master appears.” We must have heard this phrase a thousand times. Here is my learning of what it stands for:

The Guru, is that moment of growth which has a mask of ‘pain’, brewing inside us. The Guru, is that late night wakefulness for no reason, with the restless twists and turns on the bed. The Guru, is that pacing to and fro in the living room, in those lonely evenings. The Guru, is that moment of despair, when we are making a decision. The Guru, is the choice we make for our wellness. The Guru, speaks through the undefined cravings, we have now and then. The Guru, is that voice in our heart which constantly asks us to look within. And, the Guru truly awakens, when we open our eyes to the truth, the purpose of it all.
